&lt;P&gt;As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;wait, it should come online after some time.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please remember, all configurations/customizations that haven't been backed up will be lost for good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/394483"&gt;@Shirazi Khan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maximum days the PDI can be left inactive is 10 days, after that it is reclaimed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're experiencing issues with your PDI, here are some important points to keep in mind:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Support Limitations&lt;/STRONG&gt;: PDIs do not have official support, so the community cannot retrieve or recover your instance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Instance Reset Option&lt;/STRONG&gt;: You can release your current instance and request a new one, but this will erase all previous data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;To prevent data loss in the future, consider regularly backing up your PDI, especially for critical update sets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"If you found my answer helpful, please give it a like and mark it as the "accepted solution".
