    <description>&lt;P&gt;Each customer/ tenant has already their established email box, where end-customer receive their notification from and which end-customer can address to get in contact with the customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is requested, that the sending and receiving mailbox can be specified per tenant, maybe even per support group / Service, as there are use cases, that different product families are offered by the same customer /tenat, but with different email addresses (e.g. phone-support@xxx.com, network-support@xxx.com)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How to use more than one email mailbox&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sending for every customer with several email accounts&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Receiving emails from several email account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea if this is possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
