Relevance here being request items created from our portal.<BR /><BR />Now assume that Service Now admin role users are not present on our platform. Given this, will our user have to get the Oauth app and Business Rule (for webhook) created by their ServiceNow admin by sharing relevant docs &amp; steps for the same?
