On start Transform script running twice during Scheduled Import

Hello,

I'm not able to get this,

There is a on start transform script which clears the field and other transform row script will update the same field, but while scheduled importing data it is clearing and updating and then again clearing the field.

But, when we manually load the data, this issue doesn't occur.

Could someone explain me what is this issue here.
