How can I Increase the size of the tab where Incident number is written next to list?

You can do this using the Service Portal>Widgets, Find the Widget and modify its CSS.

Hi @MansiT

This cannot be changed as this is its behavior. You can try it using UI Builder once, if that helps, you have to customize the behavior of the form and there is very less chance that you will be able to change the behavior.

Its a business requirement. but how does that appear there(tabs)? any idea?

This is how the page is built. All tabs will follow one size limit and it will be dynamic based on how many table you open.

Even if you somehow manage to increase it you cannot stick to it as if someone opens more number of tabs the size will shrink

But how are those tabs being configured? If I managed to somehow find that and see what configuration is being used maybe I could try some modifications.

HI @MansiT ,

I dont think so you can change it but if you can manage to increase the width of tab using UI Builder then it may work.

I tried to increase the width of tab from 180px to 260px using inspect, you need to add your own css.
