Mid_webserver issue

I have an issue with Agent Client Connect which cannot contact the MID server

MID Web Server was installed successfully

Websocket Endpoint installed successfully too and the same for MID Web Server API Key

However when i installed the Agent client connector on a machine ; i get this message error in ACC.log file :

[agent] connecting to backend URL "wss://mid_webserver_MidServer_XXXX:YYYY/ws/events"

[dial tcp: lookup mid_webserver_MidServer_XXXX: no such host] reconnection attempt failed to the url: wss://mid_webserver_MidServer_XXXX:YYYY/ws/events, using api-key authentication failed
