    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I just wanted to clarify, back in 2022 we made a suggestion for the&amp;nbsp;ServiceNow Knowledge Article Feedback option to be available in the ServiceNow Platform as well as just on the portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive had a look and can not find anything to suggest that this is now available in the platform as well. The below only applies to end users, just wanted to confirm i am correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ServiceNow suggested : &lt;A href="https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&amp;amp;sysparm_article=KB0712422" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&amp;amp;sysparm_article=KB0712422&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sys property 'glide.knowman.feedback.enable_actionable_feedback_for_helpful' set to 'True'&lt;BR /&gt;Sys property 'glide.knowman.feedback.enable_actionable_feedback_for_rating' set to '3'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
