Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.

I have been having issues with 2 PDI instances since 11th Jan 2025 . Does anyone know how long is this suppose to last.

Nothing can be done from our side. Servicenow are no longer monitoring anything related to personal instances and they have disabled feedback option used to be there on Developer site. Hence, wait it will be resolved automatically.

Even I was facing the same issue. It was showing Undergoing unscheduled maintenance and instance was Offline.

You have to wait until it gets fixed automatically.

Hi @abhisnow020 ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options.

Wait, it should come online after some time.
Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, that all work that hasn't been backed up will be lost.

So according to your question, the answer is no.
