When I went to add labels, I get in bold red letters:</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>"The following labels are not available here: duplicate, ticket, common, frequent, tasks"</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Since when do you dictate labels/ tags. Should the person putting in the ticket not be the one who determines this?? Isn't that whole idea behind them?
