Adding a cat item variable to a sysapproval_group table notification

Hi everyone, my first ever post!

I am trying to add a catalog item variable to an email notification using the sysapproval_group table.

I have managed to get the RITM number added using the Parent fields options but I'm really struggling to locate the actual catalog item's variables from the list.

Is there any way I can add these please?
