    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Gurus,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am working on SNOW API integrations. In the past months, the REST API works well, but the API starts returning below error yesterdary:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTTPSConnectionPool(host='dev{instance}.service-now.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/now/table/cmdb_ci?sysparm_limit=1 (Caused by NewConnectionError('&amp;lt;urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f0e28269730&amp;gt;: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And occasionally, the API returns correct response, so I can make sure the instance is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I know if any one encounter the same issue and how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jonathan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
