CSA Fundamentals Course

Hi there

I'm new to ServiceNow and recently paid for the CSA Fundamentals Course in order to book the CSA exam.

To book the exam I heard you have to finish the above course on the system, so I fast forwarded all the videos thinking I could go back to the on demand course to review the content and videos once I booked the exam. But now unfortunately because it says the course is completed I'm unable to go back into the course again. I'm really worried as just spent $500 on it without being able to access it properly to study for the exam. Does anyone know how I contact Service Now to unlock the course for me again? Hi @LouiseChriJ ,

You can try to create a case through NowLearning, but not sure it will help anything. As you stated, you have done what nobody recommends.

You can always review the course even after it has been marked as completed. However, if you're unable to access the course again, here’s what I recommend:

Raise a Case with ServiceNow Training Support: Help Center
Check Your Email for the eBook: If you enrolled in the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course, you should have received an eBook via email. Search your inbox for an email from ServiceNow with the eBook link, which can be a helpful study resource.

@LouiseChriJ Ideally, you should be able to access the course even if you have finished it once. Please try and see if you are trying to access a new version of the course (which is on a different release) if the answer is yes then try and find out the course which you enrolled for.

If the issue still persists then raise a ticket with Now learning team or send an email to training@servicenow.com

I understand how frustrating it would be. you can try raising case logging into Now Support or try logging in to Inkling where you can find the ebook for reference.
