&lt;P&gt;As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait, it should come online after some time.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
