question PDI Cloning in Community Central forum

Is anyone aware of any 3rd party PDI Cloning or PDI backup services? It feels like this represents a business opportunity. Based on the existing PDI cloning limitations, I would be surprised if there weren't innovators who haven't already seen this as a potential revenue generating opportunity. In other words, a fee based service that supports cloning (full instance backups) at a price point less than acquiring additional non-prod instances. If your aware of anyone who has or is exploring this, would you post their contact information here.

Hi @frankmseque ,

i haven’t heard of any but would neither pay for it - PDI is a free of charge solution for make and break. If I develop something that I need to retain, I either backup to GIT or export as XML.
