Servicenow ATF approval issue

i have created the atf for normal urgent change after the status is changed to assess state the approvals are triggered the upon approving the approvers the page is navigating to login page where we will be unable to fill the details of the created user

please guide how can i proceed here

Hi @AniketNP

As far I understood your problem I an guessing you have created the new user using Create a User step.

can you clarify approval is trigger to whom.?

If it is managerial approval you need to create another user and make it as manager.

yes i have created a new user

also i have created an another user with managerial role required but upon approving or rejecting it is trigerring for double authentication as the e signature is enabled

Where it will ask for the password of the impersonated user which we have created how can we proceed here

have you tried setting the password for manager and using it in the step?

Question: for e-sign is it pop up or something else?
