MCO LAB Instance stuck in "Launching"

Hi All,

Does anybody had the same experience before?

In NowLearning, during a course (MCO) I requested a lab instance as usual but it's always stuck in "Launching" . Couple of times I have requested to Terminate it then I was waiting till it got Terminated then requested for a new instance but same issue all the time.. I was even waiting for 24 hours for the instance to be Ready but no luck still.

I have never experienced such problem before.

How it could be solved or see what is the root cause of this?

Hello @Lajos

I would suggest you raise a ticket over nowlearning portal itself and someone will assist you with this.

Over NowLearning portal check for HelpCenter and then after clicking it on right side you will see option to create a case.
