    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anybody had the same experience before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In NowLearning, during a course (MCO) I requested a lab instance as usual but it's always stuck in "Launching" . Couple of times I have requested to Terminate it then I was waiting till it got Terminated then requested for a new instance but same issue all the time.. I was even waiting for 24 hours for the instance to be Ready but no luck still.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never experienced such problem before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How it could be solved or see what is the root cause of this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
