Hello all,

Without getting into too much detail. I am trying to relate our customer accounts to their corresponding Business Service Offerings (which i call products or services sold).
When i go to the customer account i have access to the consumers sold products at the bottom of the record. However, when i select new to begin relating these to their products,

1. There is nothing present in the Sold products list

2. Nothing in the consumers list

3. Nothing in the Type list

Questions:

Note: I inherited this CMDB so im trying to set the same up whilst fixing errors as i go.
1. Do i need to create a Sold Products Table? I was under the assumption that i can relate this account to the Business Service Offering
2. Will i need to Mapp to the consumers list or create one, if one is not created?
3. What will the types b?

Last question, is there an easier way OOTB - where i can perform the task.

Major challenge here is we have 1:many relationships where a server and or service can be consumed by hundreds of customers.

So a sold product would reference an account and it's service offering if the service portfolio management plugin is installed. This allows you to have many accounts consume the same service offering

Things like infrastructure CIs are referenced via an install base item. That install base item then references the sold product

Looks like we have the Service Portfolio Management plug-in, in our Dev environment. However, looks like the tables in the Sold Products table are wrong.
