question On Demand Course Fees in Community Central forum

These past few days, I noticed that all On-Demand courses have become free.

First of all, I fully support this change, as it undoubtedly provides great convenience for those who want to learn ServiceNow.

However, I also feel a bit troubled because I had just purchased three On-Demand courses two months ago, spending a total of $1,650.

Turning a paid service into a free one all of a sudden seems somewhat unfair to those who have already paid for it. Is there any compensation plan for these individuals?

Additionally, if I were to purchase a ServiceNow license in the future, should I also be concerned that the services I pay for might depreciate or even become free after a certain period?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could clarify my concerns.

hi @MoXiaosang

There is a catch here , the recent on demand course is AI generated and robotic voice.

However, your purchased course is human voice and you feel engaged. So it's not the same but if you think its the same robotic voice AI then you can claim it via submit a Case on now learning UI.

If you like this opinion and your problem is resolved after reviewing and applying it.
