can anyone share the steps to set coalesce field in the transform map and use correlation_id field to store external number

Please elaborate. Your question can only be answered with 'set coalesce on the field mapping that you want your coalesce on and map the external number field to the correlation id'.

anything is fine , i just want the tickets to get updated (ie:- if i update in one instance it should get updated in other instance)
