Duplicate comments appearing on the form

Duplicate comments are getting inserted when user adds additional comment from frontend portal. How can we resolve this issue?

1. Please check if any business rule is running using Script Debugger under System Dignostics.

2. Check if any BR is running on the Journal Entries table (sys_journal_field.LIST)

You need to check if any BR or Flow is getting triggered.

Hi @vishal2001 , check for any business rules on the table using the 'current.update' in scripts.

I could see those comments have difference of 3-4 seconds between them

things to check

1) any business rule has current.update()

2) any other business rule is manipulating the comments just before the update

use script tracer to debug more
