How to Login to Instance for a Class

Objective of this post is find out how to get the credentials for logging into an instance provided while reviewing a previously completed class.

Steps to reproduce problem:

1. login to nowlearning.servicenow.com

2. scroll to MyLearning

3. click on "completed" tab

4. Select a previously completed class, click Review

5. Click on Open my instance

At this point, a login screen appears.

Hello @DanAHtown

The day you have enrolled the course you would have received an email from "nowlearning@service-now.com" address which has credentials and expiration date of instance.

Usually when anyone click on Open Instance it opens your instance without asking for creds, if it's happening I recommend to close browser clear cache and try to re-login and see if you still face same issue.

Even after following above steps if issue persist, I recommend you create a Support ticket from Help Center Menu which is available on now learning portal.
