    <description>&lt;P&gt;Most of the times, any question we ask ServiceNow support, the response would be&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Please allow us some time we are checking with our internal teams."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once they provide the answer and then if we ask any other question or ask for clarification, their response would be:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Please allow us some &lt;U&gt;more&lt;/U&gt; time we are checking with our internal teams."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For any issue we raise a case, the response would be&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Please allow us some time we are checking with our internal teams on this issue."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is your experience with support team?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239192"&gt;@Suggy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've raised many support cases with the vendor and always got great responses. They have a system in place: if the first support person can't solve the issue, they escalate it to the product team. Sometimes, it takes longer because the issue is complex, but they've always provided a solution if it was within their scope.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have any concerns, feel free to contact the account manager and share them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Siva&lt;/P&gt;</description>
