How to make a difference between Domain Network connected and Non Network Domain connected Assets

We need to register both Network connected Assets and Non Network Domain connected Assets.
What is the best way to make the difference in the CMDB between the two?

Rather than this being implicit, can this be derived based on populated values?

For example, if these non-network domain devices are local devices (assuming you're not refering to non-network as another domain) then would you populate the os_domain field. Maybe it's populated with LOCAL?

Are you discovering these devices, or pulling from another toolset?

Thanks for the suggested way of registration, indeed OS_Domain is practical, just also noticed the field:
"Operating zone", for example to identify a specific zone in which the device is being used.

Yep that's a good option too, particularly if these non-domain joined devices are in a DMZ

You also have the "internet facing" option too (think it's a checkbox from memory) which is useful for flagging DMZ devices that are externally accessible
