But, one/two day later, I received an email confirming that the PDI was available again. Since we don’t have any support for PDI, waiting for a day or two would be a good option.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you might know, there are no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence your are left with two options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait, it should come online again&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all your development which haven't been backed up will be lost for good.&lt;/LI&gt;
