Nowlearning unable to provide an instance

Hello,

I am going through trainings but I am unable to acquire a new instance. I see "0 instances remaining" and the "Request new instance" button is greyed out. I don't believe I have any other instances floating around. I used the chat tool to ask it to terminate my instances but it found none. Any ideas? Thanks

I think there's a problem, so I recommend raising a case about it.

You can do it from Now Learning > Help Center > Create a Case.
