outbound HTTP request not working in PDI

Hi,

Is there any issue or restriction applied for PDI's related to outbound HTTP requests? Since yesterday, I am not able to make HTTP outbound requests, getting the error:

[ERROR CODE: -1] Connection reset in Outbound HTTP log.

Even the default HTTP requests are failing:

URL : https://signaldc.service-now.com/api/x_snc_dish/gcs_ia_request_check

Response body : [ERROR CODE: -1] Connection refused

I have checked with my colleague's PDI and it is the same. So it is not only for my PDI.
