Ensure Lookup value field = SysId for you variable&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;in the 2nd step you need to perform Lookup Record on the table which is referred by that Lookup Select box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In my case Lookup Select box was referring to sys_user so I used that in Lookup Record flow action&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Share what you tried and where stuck?&lt;/P&gt;
