    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) currently running on the Yokohama release.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed the plugin "Bot Interconnect for Virtual Agent" (`sn_va_bot_ic`) successfully, but the corresponding modules (e.g., "Bot Channel Integrations") and roles (`sn_va.interconnect_admin`, `sn_va.interconnect_api_user`) do not appear in the UI or in Studio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please activate the full functionality of this plugin on my PDI, or advise how to access Bot Interconnect from Copilot Studio integration use cases?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/106959"&gt;@Aurelien L1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only role that is included in this application is called "sn_va_bot_ic.bot_interconnect_api", and no Modules.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide a link to the documentation where those other two roles are mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having said that, please note that you won't get support for a PDI from ServiceNow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ran into the same issue after installing the Bot Interconnect plugin in my PDI—no roles showed up. Turns out some plugins require a platform restart or manual role assignment post-install. Try checking the sys_user_role table and reloading the sys_plugins list. If it’s still empty, reach out via HI support—they can verify if a dependency is missing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
