    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am unable to upload a text file with a '.txt' extension as an attachment, but if I type some random sentence in the same file, it uploads successfully.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;text file has the below lines&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Received: from PH7PR1392.namprd13.prod.outlook.com (2603:10b6:510:2e9::11)&lt;BR /&gt;by LV13MB6753.namprd13.prod.outlook.com with HTTPS; Fri, 4 Apr 2025&lt;BR /&gt;18:45:52 +0000&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;if the file is empty system won't allow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you sure the initial txt file is not 0KB?&lt;/P&gt;
