From Remedy Developer to Servicenow CSA

I've been a Remedy Administrator and halfway Developer-trained. I have used ServiceNow in the past and am now going to go towards starting my SNOW certification life. What is the fastest and/or best way to make this transition?

Hi @AlfiaF ,

not sure if anybody in the community can a answer what is the best way, as this is a personal preference. I would instead recommend you to start looking into what you would like to do in relation to ServiceNow and utilize the official NowLearning from ServiceNow to start your learning path on ServiceNow.

@AlfiaF Make best use of the training courses available on ServiceNow's official learning portal https://learning.servicenow.com/. Make sure to complete all labs provided along with the courses and prepare for the certification. Practicing the key concepts taught during the course is key to success here.
