I am changing jobs, is there a way to change my email address to my personal email address so I can continue using ServiceNow?

Hello @kmelv923 ,

Yes, you can use the "Update ID" link in your ServiceNow profile to update the email address associated with the account. Your Now Learning progress and achievements and Community stats will be moved, but you will no longer be able to access your' company's learning credits and lose access to Now Support.

will all vouchers be transferred (company to "private" account) and therefore be accessible through the new (private) ID?
