    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can any one please help me on the below requirement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When user with 'x' role click knowledge search icon in native ui incident record only the kb's from IT knowledge base should appear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Similar if the user with 'Y' role search's articles, result from all the knowledge base should appear&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
