Hi there,

Can anyone please let me know where the "My Vouchers" section located on profile page in ServiceNow University? I am unable to see the "My Vouchers" section now which has been updating Now Learning content.

Hi Deepika, Please navigate to Learner Dashboard section ( My Learning) --> Vouchers to access the existing voucher details

Hi, I am facing the same issue. I bought a voucher for CIS ITSM but cannot find the voucher code for WEBASSESSOR. Can anyone help and show where to find the vouchers in the new facelift of NowLearning?

Hey deepikanara,

I did not find the Voucher section in the new facelift NowLearning yet, but you will always get an Email with the voucher code from ServiceNow after buying it. So maybe have a look at your email inbox and search for 'voucher' so that you are able to take your exam 🙂

Out of all the things given prominence on the new portal, that is way too hard to find. I know its right there now but it should not require people asking to be able to find it.

Thank you, i was eventually able to find it but the issue was more the use of black text for it, so despite the fact it literally sits in the middle of a given screen it does not look like a link its just some black text on an otherwise overly busy screen. Bad design choice from ServiceNow.
For anyone else struggling i would say look to the big bright green banner with your gamification score on it, the link is in there.

Yes, it seems the pages are updated recently. Vouchers section is not displaying on My Learning page instead it shows as My exams, if we want to schedule a certification exam then we needed to apply voucher code while doing the payment right.
