Hello Every One,

We want to conduct ServiceNow Competition in our Organization quarterly. It would be Helpful if some one help me with the Use cases or Problem statement.

To groom our Juniors we want to conduct the competition which helps to enhance their skill in ServiceNow by solving the use case or Problem statement.

It would really help to know what your company is using (modules/applications) and in what business you are operating. Also what the level of your juniors is. And what is the goal of the 'competition'? Can something be won?

It sounds like you are trying to get ideas for a hackathon or something like that, but without knowing your business, it's hard to just shout out ideas, because I assume it also needs to deliver value?
