      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no support for PDIs. The only thing you can do is wait or release it and request a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;wait, it should come online again after some time.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.&lt;/LI&gt;
