    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no official support for PDIs, they are offered "as is".&lt;BR /&gt;If your PDI stops working, you have two options avaiable.&lt;BR /&gt;1. Wait, and hope that it get back online after a while. Sometimes maintenance is done which will cause the PDI to be offline.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Dispose of your current PDI, and request a new one.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Either way, you should always back up your work when doing development on a PDI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
