&lt;P&gt;as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;wait, it should come online again after some time.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My PDI has been offline for 3 days and I have a banner telling me the DEV portal will be offline for an hour for a date in the past... what's going on with the DEV portal and PDI's ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even after refreshing the instance, it's still offline...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
