Report to show all unassigned work for my group

In the All menu, I can select My Group's work. Is there a way to have this in a dashboard?

Requester wants a numeric widget that shows all unassigned items (incidents, incident tasks, RITMs, Catalog Tasks, Change Tasks, etc) for their group as a single number. Not separate widgets for each module/application.

Hi @jleigh,

All tables you mentioned are extended from Task [task] table.

Please use Task table as data source and then you can show all unassigned item by single widget.

Hi @jleigh
Create a report from "My Group's work" by following the steps below.

1. Open "My Group's Work"

2. Click "Colum context" menu and select "Pie/bar chart". It'll create you one report.

3. Change the report type as "Single score" amd save.
