    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;After upgrading to Yokohama we encounter an issue, right click on a link shows inactive 'Open link' menu if I select the entire anchor test or part of the text before the click.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="dimmedlink.jpg" style="width: 585px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/445107iB129C2B4DA0F047F/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="dimmedlink.jpg" alt="dimmedlink.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Steps to reproduce:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to a record with an HTML field using TinyMCE 5.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Insert a hyperlink using the editor.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select the entire text or few characters and Right-click on the inserted link.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Observe that the ‘open link’ option is dimmed and is unresponsive.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;If anyone else is experiencing this issue and has found a solution, please share your insights.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We are experiencing it not only in Knowledge articles, but also in all areas where an HTML field type is used and a link is inserted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It works fine in my instance and I didnt find any known error articles on this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So I would suggest you to create a &lt;A href="https://support.servicenow.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;support case&lt;/A&gt; with ServiceNow.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/347849"&gt;@SumanthDosapati&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;BR /&gt;I do not fully understand your reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Does it mean that you cannot reproduce the issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;2) You can reproduce the issue, and you say this is not an issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue is introduced in the Yokohama release. We have not seen it in the previous releases of ServiceNow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It is a very minor issue, however it may annoy users who work with knowledge articles a lot, and they do not know about this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
