      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm able to login to ServiceNow but when i click 'Start Building' i get to 'To reset your admin password click&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/instance?pa=pwd_reset" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;' and keeps coming back to the same admin login page!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also my&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do" target="_blank"&gt;https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;displays the following-&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
