Hi,

We are looking for excel based template for calculating the maturity assessment for one of the client.

Also, if it's contain a automation to generate heat map that would be add on.

I assume you mean the Impact ITSM Maturity Assessment?

If so, why don't you reach out to ServiceNow since they are providing the read out.

Hi Mark,

I believe it's licensed as there is a separate impact portal which need to be registered. I tried that but there is no response so I think it's require a paid fees.

Please let me know if you have any materials which can help.
