Normal Wake-Up Time:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;PDIs usually take&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;three to five minutes&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to wake up from hibernation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;They should not take longer than 20 minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. What to do if your PDI doesn't wake up:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Give it time:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If it's been only a few minutes, wait a bit longer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Try again later:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If waiting doesn't work, try to wake it up again later.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sign in and Check Status:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Sign in to the Developer Site and check the "My Instance" page to see if your PDI is still undergoing maintenance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Address Browser Cache Issues:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If you're seeing a hibernation page even when the instance appears as "Running" on the Developer Site, it might be a caching issue. Try these steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Clear your internet cache and close the tab, then try opening the instance from the Developer Site again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Restart your internet browser.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Try a private browser tab.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Wait a few more minutes for DNS entries to catch up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Try a different browser.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check with a Colleague:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If possible, see if someone else can access the instance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3. If the PDI still doesn't wake up:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Release and Request a New PDI:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If you've waited a significant amount of time and the PDI is still not waking up, you might need to release your current PDI and request a new one.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Be aware that releasing your PDI will result in losing your previous data.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4. Important Note about PDI Support:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There is no direct support available for PDIs.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If you continue to experience issues, the recommended course of action is to release and request a new instance, or to check the community forums for similar issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;5. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;as you might know. there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;wait, it should become available after some time.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Notice&lt;/STRONG&gt;, all developernes that you haven’t backed up will be lost for good.&lt;/LI&gt;
