as you can read on https://www.servicenow.com/community/community-resources/uncover-the-servicenow-community-s-rising-star-enigma/ta-p/2750581 the applications are opened twice a year: in July and in December.

The official announcements for the coming application window will be released in the coming days. So stay tuned!

Thanks for sharing the information.

Actually I have submitted the application for July event which is supposed to be start from today but I have not received any confirmation, since i have not received any confirmation should I consider that my application is rejected or not considered? Can you please confirm.

I have gone through the link it is related to Rising Star but I am looking for Riseup with Servicenow event
