Hi @AmeetPatra1,

To be eligible to buy CSA voucher, you need to complete SN Administrative Fundamentals course in ServiceNow University. If you are using company account and your company is Elite ServiceNow Partner, then you will get the Voucher at no cost. But you need to complete the prerequisites of CSA Voucher eligibility.
