question My PDI doesn't work in Community Central forum

Since yesterday, I have had some problems with my PDI. When I want to access the instance, I need to wake up it, as usually. However, as the attachments proves, an error appears in suggesting “ The instance didn’t wake up. Please Retry”.

In attachment I uploaded of that problem.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I would like to have my PDI but if that's not possible, how can I ask a new PDI?

Thanks

Hi @Daniel Vieira

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDI, hence you're limited to two options:

Wait, it should come online after some time.

If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, all development work that hasn't been backup will be lost for good.
