      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/738744"&gt;@SampathSisH&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Unfortunately there is no support provided by Servicenow on PDI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/washingtondc/now-platform/faq/pdi_faq" target="_blank"&gt;https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/washingtondc/now-platform/faq/pdi_faq&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see two options here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Wait for sometime.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Release your instance and get new fresh one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
