Unable to add question choice in item designer - sc_ic_question

Hi, Am trying to to create an Item and added a question with "Multiple choice"

However am unable to view the option to add the Question choices.

Unable to see - "Double click to insert a new row..."

Is this for PDI?

Are you an admin?

Did you try creating Multiple Choice variable in some other catalog item and check the New button is coming or not?

I Figured out , it was due to the "Enable List edit" on the personalised list columns was not checked.
