If you’re able to wait, please hold on a bit longer.&amp;nbsp;Browser-related actions such as refreshing, clearing cache or using a different browser will not resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you may release this instance and start a new one. However, this will result in the loss of all existing data.&lt;BR /&gt;To avoid losing your configurations in the future, I recommend backing up your update sets regularly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Please consider marking my answer as helpful and accepting it as the solution if it assisted you in any way.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Kilo, thanks for your response.&amp;nbsp; I am now reading on how to back up my PDI for the future.&amp;nbsp; If you were me, how long before you wait before you give up and release and get a new one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait, it should come online after some time&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, if doing so, all development that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

If the work isn’t urgently needed you have more leeway but if a demo or story/sprint is blocked, patience shrinks fast &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;. For me, a 24 to 48-hour window is usually the sweet spot since many PDIs recover after nightly maintenance and the odds of an automatic fix drop sharply beyond two days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Please consider marking my answer as helpful and accepting it as the solution if it assisted you in any way.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you open Developer site, you shall find this message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Get Notified&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;when your PDI is available.'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click on Get Notified link so that when maintenance is over you will get notified via email.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ehab Pilloor&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
