      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Yashvi, the above are talking about Jira calling ServiceNow webhook to get the updates from Jira to ServiceNow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But we need to send updates from ServiceNow to Jira. So, we want to call Jira Webhook from ServiceNow when new record created/updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can set that up through &lt;A href="https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-integrate-applications/page/administer/integrationhub/concept/integrationhub.html" target="_self"&gt;ServiceNow Integration Hub&lt;/A&gt; if you're comfortable with scripting, or you can try a no-code tool, such as Unito if not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/ServiceNowJiraIntegration" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;Unito's 2-way integration for Jira + ServiceNow&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;can be set up in around 15-20 minutes. Once your Jira and ServiceNow accounts are connected, you can set rules to create new issues in Jira linked to your records. Then, any manual changes you make on either end will update the other.
