Instance doesn't wake up from hibernation

My PDI doesn't wake up from hibernation. I've tried multiple times and tried doing "refresh instance" also.

If your PDI isn't waking up, you can try the following options:

You can release this instance and request a fresh instance but note that this will result in the loss of all your previous work and data.
Alternatively, you can wait to see if the issue resolves on its own. If it doesn't after some time, you have to take a fresh instance.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

Wait, it should come online after some time
If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, if doing so, all development that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
